Due to the nature of our servicesβ€”customized software development, consulting, and digital solutionsβ€”refunds are generally not provided once the work has commenced, or a deliverable has been shared.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Project Cancellation Before Initiation: If the project is canceled before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, and no work has been delivered, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Delays caused by client-side communication gaps or unresponsiveness
  • Completed milestones or deliverables as per the approved scope
  • Third-party service fees (e.g., domain, hosting, licensing)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@datavoice.co.in with your full name, project ID, and reason for the refund.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the payment or event prompting the request.

Once a request is received:

  • Our team will review your case within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement, we are committed to resolving the issue professionally through discussion. If necessary, legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
